1. Beijing-Lhasa: daily flight, all around the year available

Altitude sickness is also called Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS), it is quite normal to get altitude problem, especially for the persons who come to Tibet for the first time. The typical symptoms of AMS are dyspnoea, lack of Oxygen, light-headed and even headache.
